EZ Exempt Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
EZ Exempt is published by Daedalus TCG LLC. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information. The short version: we never receive it.
What stays on your device
What you enter is written to the app's private storage on your device and read back only to fill in your PDFs:
- Business name, trading name, address, entity type and federal EIN
- Contact phone number and email address
- Sales tax permit and registration numbers
- Your signature image
- Vendors you save, and the certificates you generate
You can erase all of it at any time using Settings → Erase all data in the app. Deleting the app also removes it.
Sending a certificate
A certificate leaves your device only when you choose to send it — by email, the share sheet, or by saving it to Files. You choose the recipient. We are not party to it and never receive a copy.
Advertising
EZ Exempt is free and supported by advertising served by Google AdMob. Requesting an ad is the only network request the app makes.
Google may collect a device identifier and ad interaction data in order to serve and measure ads. It receives none of your business details, permit numbers, signature or certificates. EZ Exempt does not request App Tracking Transparency authorisation, so ads are served non-personalised and your activity is not tracked across other companies' apps and websites.
Google's practices are described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
The one-time Remove Ads purchase stops all ad requests.
Purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple records the purchase against your Apple Account, which is how it carries over to your other devices and survives reinstalling the app.
Children
EZ Exempt is a business tool and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
Any change will be posted on this page with a new date above.
