Products We Sell

We currently sell:

  • 3D printed card display stands (made-to-order)
  • Acrylic protective cases for card stands (made-to-order)
  • Digital downloads (e.g., STL files)
  • Trading Card Game (TCG) items (e.g., Pokémon, One Piece, and other collectible cards)

TCG Product Condition & Representation

All TCG products are sold based strictly on the photos and written description provided in the listing.

  • The photos and description constitute the complete and final representation of the item’s condition.
  • We do not guarantee grading outcomes, centering, print quality, or condition beyond what is visible and described.
  • Minor imperfections may not always be fully visible due to lighting, angles, or image resolution.

By purchasing a TCG item, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item as shown and described.

Shipping & Processing

Processing times

  • Physical products (stands & acrylic cases): Made-to-order. Production begins shortly after you place your order. Processing times may vary based on demand and workload.
  • TCG products: Typically processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.
  • Digital downloads: Delivered/fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase (typically sooner).

Shipping times

Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping issues

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss due to theft or mis-delivery. If your shipment appears delayed, damaged in transit, or lost, contact us at support@webuytcg.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot and/or file a carrier claim where applicable.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Defects, Damage, and Exchanges

We stand behind our products. If a physical product arrives defective or damaged, please email support@webuytcg.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if relevant)

Resolution

If we confirm the product is defective or damaged, we will provide an exchange/replacement. We may request return of the defective item depending on the situation.

Important:
This policy applies only to manufactured products (stands and acrylic cases).

TCG items are not eligible for defect-based exchanges unless the wrong item was shipped.

Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

Because our card stands and acrylic cases are made-to-order, all sales are final once an order is placed.

  • No cancellations after the order is placed
  • No returns for refund
  • No refunds for buyer’s remorse, fit preferences, or expected/wear-related issues

If you believe there is a defect, contact support@webuytcg.com for an exchange as described above.

TCG Items (All Sales Final)

  • All TCG sales are final and non-returnable.
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for TCG products for any reason, including:
    • Condition disagreements
    • Buyer’s remorse
    • Grading outcomes
    • Expectations not explicitly stated in the listing

If you believe you received the wrong item, contact support@webuytcg.com and we will review the issue.

Cancellations (Physical Products)

All physical products are made-to-order and production may begin immediately. For that reason:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If you made an order by mistake, email us immediately. We cannot guarantee a cancellation, but we’ll review requests on a case-by-case basis if production has not started.

Digital Downloads (STL Files and Other Digital Items)

Fulfillment

Digital downloads are fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase.

No refunds / cancellations after fulfillment

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned,” digital downloads cannot be refunded or cancelled once fulfilled.

Order Review & Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to):

  • suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • abusive, threatening, or harassing communications
  • pricing or listing errors
  • supply, inventory, or production limitations

If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded to the original payment method.

Product Notes & Care

3D printed stands: Like most plastic items, stands can warp if exposed to high heat or direct sunlight (e.g., inside a hot car). Please store and use responsibly.

Minor cosmetic variation can occur due to the nature of 3D printing and manufacturing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our products and website are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Except as expressly stated in these policies (e.g., exchange for defective items), we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

For TCG products specifically:

  • We make no warranties or guarantees regarding condition beyond the provided photos and descriptions.
  • We do not guarantee grading results, investment value, or future market performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeBuyTCG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in that order.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Website Terms (Boilerplate)

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operations, or violate any applicable laws.

Intellectual property

All site content (including text, images, branding, and product designs/files) is owned by or licensed to WeBuyTCG and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Pricing & availability

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We are not obligated to honor typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or inaccurate product descriptions.

Third-party services

We may use third-party services (such as payment processors and shipping carriers). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

Privacy

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including carrier delays, weather events, labor disruptions, supply shortages, or other unforeseen events).

Governing Law & Venue (New York)

These policies and any disputes related to your purchase or use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You agree that any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County (Manhattan), New York, and you consent to those courts’ jurisdiction and venue.
