Which states are covered?

All 50 states and the District of Columbia. Most fill that state's own form. Where a state does not publish a blank form that you complete yourself — Florida and Maine issue your certificate to you, New Mexico issues it through a portal, Washington issues a reseller permit — the app uses the multistate certificate that state accepts and tells you so on the review screen. Five states have no statewide sales tax, so no certificate is needed.

My vendor rejected the certificate.

The usual causes are a missing or expired permit number, or a vendor who requires their own state's specific form when the app used a multistate certificate. Check the review screen — it names the exact form used. If your vendor insists on a different form, email us and tell us which state and which form.

How do I change my business details or permit numbers?

Tap the gear icon on the main screen, then Business details or Permit numbers. Changes apply to every certificate you create from then on.

Can I use my home state's permit number in another state?

Usually yes. Most states accept an out-of-state reseller's home-state registration number, and the app places it in the right box automatically. A few — California, Massachusetts and Florida among them — require a permit issued by that state. The app tells you which situation applies when you pick the state.

How do I remove the ads?

Gear icon → Ads → Remove ads. It is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account, so it carries over to your other devices.

I bought Remove Ads but the ads are back.

Gear icon → Ads → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.

Is my business information private?

Yes. Your details, permit numbers and signature never leave your device. There is no account and no cloud sync. See the privacy policy.

A form looks out of date.

States revise these forms periodically. Email us the state and the revision you are expecting and we will update it.

How do I delete everything?

Gear icon → Erase all data. That removes your business details, signature, saved vendors and every generated certificate from the device.
